Salmon spinach with vegetables

This is a deliciously filling and healthy meal for both the kids and parent. A meal that includes your 5 A day in one meal.

Ingredients.


  • Olive oil

  • Salmon

  • Baby potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Courgette

  • Fresh spinach

  • Green beans

  • Broccoli

  • Cucumber


Instruction.


  1. Season & cook salmon as normal.

  2. Heat frying pan with olive oil, fry onions and garlic with seasoning for 10mins. Add cooked Salmon and fresh spinach with a table spoon of water, leave to simmer for 10mins.

  3. Boil water in a pan with Maggie cube & olive oil then add baby potatoes. Cook till ready (30mins), Once cooked lightly seasoned and add to oven for 20mins on low heat.

  4. In different pan fry some onions for 5 mins before adding sliced courgettes and cooked sliced carrots With some coriander and seasoning. Add 2 table spoons of water and fry for 15mins.

  5. Dish out salmon spinach, flavoured vegetables and potatoes with some broccoli and cucumber on the side and enjoy.
